Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. EST will be processed same day and ship the following morning, excluding holidays, Saturdays & Sundays which will process same day and ship the following business day. All orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will begin processing and ship within 48 hours. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We ship via USPS Priority shipping for all domestic shipments which includes insurance of packages over $100. You will be notified via email with a tracking number.

All orders over $100 ship for free (applies to ground shipping only). The following flat rates apply:

$7 Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)
$18 2nd Day Shipping (1-2 business days)
$30 Overnight Shipping (next business day if placed by 1 p.m.)

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that shopping online can be a bit challenging when you can’t see or try on the items that you are buying so we try to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible.

We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the original ship date. Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered – new, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange based on the condition of an item being returned.  Returns and exchanges apply to full priced items only. Jewelry and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
